How to Wake Up

This gentleman is proposing an alarm clock method to help him wake up calmly. Apparently, we shouldn't be jarred awake during our deep sleep.

I've found a different way to wake up in the morning. Get a somewhat high stress job and rehash every little detail and decision in your head. Wonder how you will ever pay for your kids' college educations. And, take every little inconsequential thing in your life and fret about it excessively. 6:30? 5:30? No, a 4:30 wakeup will be easy for you.

Too bad you will also have to lie awake until 12:00 or 1:00 am with your mind racing.

(Man, I can feel my heart rate rising just by writing this!)
