The other day, I asked my secretary to put all of the various logs we keep in a directory so that they would be easy to find. She typed up a nice list of each log and its location on the network and printed a copy for each person in the office.

I don't have the heart to tell her that by directory, I meant a network folder.

I get into trouble when I use 80s-era MS-DOS terminology.
